Community Partnerships Coordinator

As our Community Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll help identify, nurture, and build Neon Reverie's relationships with others who actively shape the scene.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to:

  • DJs, artists, and collectives

  • Flow artists and movement communities

  • Visual artists, lighting designers, and immersive creators

  • Vendors aligned with rave culture

• Surface warm leads and pass them to our Creative Director for confirmation and scheduling

• Take note of local events calendars (for support, collaboration, and scheduling conflicts)

• Manage ongoing partnerships once confirmed, including:

  • Keeping partners updated on event schedules

  • Sharing load-in times and expectations

  • Organizing info via Google Forms and Sheets

• Pass organized details to the Event Coordinator to support scheduling and venue needs

Neon Reverie is a grassroots EDM collective and event series based in Danbury, Connecticut, creating immersive rave experiences that center music, movement, art, and community. Known for hosting some of the best EDM parties in Danbury and Western Connecticut, Neon Reverie brings together DJs, flow artists, visual creators, and local partners to produce multi-room events inspired by the culture of underground raves and major EDM festivals. Our events welcome both lifelong ravers and the rave-curious, offering accessible alternatives to large-scale festivals and big-city nightlife while staying rooted in values of connection, care, and co-creation.
